Use of the website constitutes your agreement to follow our terms & conditions, and understand our policies.


CONTENT:

Please understand that all content located on this website or any of this brand's social media accounts have been made by individuals and dreamers on their own time with their own resources. Please respect that their content is theirs.

ORDERS:

Please understand that each item is handcrafted and hand-packaged. 

All items listed as in stock are available for purchase. Once an item is listed as out of stock, it is no longer available to purchase unless further notice is given.

Please ensure that the shipping & billing addresses are correct before completing the order. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect shipping & billing addresses.

Please CONTACT US as soon as possible if you believe any of your addresses are incorrect to ensure that your order is delivered to the right location.

Once the customer's order is processed, an email will be issued.


PAYMENTS:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We currently use Stripe for our transactions.


SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.

Please allow 7-14 business days for shipping & handling.

Once the order has shipped, an email will be issued including a tracking number.

Please allow 7-10 days for the order to deliver once the order has shipped.

We use USPS for domestic orders (USA). We currently only accept domestic orders.

Please CONTACT US to possibly set up hand-delivery. If a hand-delivery meet- up is set up, $2.00 of the shipping cost will be refunded at the exchange.


RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Returns may be requested at any time for any reason.

Exchanges may be issued unless the item requested to be exchanged is out of stock.

Please CONTACT US  to possibly set up a return or exchange (in-person or through mailing).

All return orders must include:

  • the item in original condition
  • the sticker in original condition
  • the item must be shipped in the original poly bag or some sort of bag to protect the product (the original mailing package & any other unlisted items won't be required)

The customer will be responsible for the cost in its entirety for shipping back the items.

Once we receive all the items, we will give the customer a full refund (excluding the shipping cost to ship the items back that the customer is responsible for). An email will be issued. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days (time may vary depending upon the bank) for the refund to process to your banking account.

If the customer fails to return all the required items, the refund won't be issued until they are all returned.
